Growing up on a farm, I was connected to nature from an early age.

Even as a child I tended my own vegetable patch and became familiar with the annual cycle of plants.

As a primary school teacher, I now share this passion with my students and use the principles of Forest School in my daily work. I have attended courses with Silviva, which have enhanced my ability to impart my knowledge to young people.

In 2022 I graduated as a Herbalist from the Alchemille herbal school, Evolène.

Today, collecting herbs and creating remedies and recipes means more to me than just replenishing my pharmacie or spicing up my lunch! The process is a meditative practice in communion with nature which brings me inner calm and increased feelings of wellbeing.
